Each tool asks structured questions rather than giving you a blank chat box, and each one carries the conventions of its trade. The electrician's tools code EICR observations correctly and reference BS 7671. The estate agent's tools won't state a school catchment or EPC rating that wasn't supplied, because that would breach consumer protection rules. Your business details, VAT position and hourly rate go onto every document automatically.
